Astra's shows are unique,because in his shows Mr Punch is quite a
nice guy and doesn't beat everyone up.
The shows still have a traditional feel and are a riot of fun and
enjoyed by children and adults of all ages. Lots of

behind you"

"Oh no I didn't"
"Oh yes you did!!"
By popular demand Alan Astra will present Dickensian Punch & Judy shows for the 11th consecutive year in Whittlesea, outside of Santa's Grotto on a cold and frosty night in December (2009)
Punch and
Judy is a popular outdoor attraction which Alan Astra has
presented all over the country during the summer months, as well
as for a Victorian Evenings in December!!! His shows are very
popular, for instance he was booked for 12 consecutive years for St
Albans Carnival . Also booked for the 24th consecutive
year for The King's Lynn Festival
2009 where he presented four shows a day.
Alan became one of the first performers in England to perform Punch & Judy Shows at private parties and other indoor functions. His indoor purpose built booth is slightly smaller than his outdoor theatre, which means that Punch and Judy can now be enjoyed all year round, instead of just during the summer months.
Please book early to avoid disappointment.
